Usually, I’m not much of a sucker for a sale. My theory is if you really like something enough, you’ll pay full price for it. Although in some cases a great sale means you can suddenly justify a purchase you’d normally file under, ‘As if’. That was the case with the latest addition to my shoe collection, the Gemma wedge from Coach. I am indeed a sucker for intricately woven platforms and amazonian height and at 50% off I could use the rarely opened “As if I could pass these up.” file. Paired with a stupidly easy tunic from Old Navy and my fail safe Edie I was ready for a day in the sun, checking out another cool spot in the Junction.
