I don’t remember ever being such a hopeless romantic about spring. But this year it’s like I’m a love sick school girl making up excuses to get outside and spend some time with the total heartthrob that is the season. Maybe it’s because the winter was so horrible, or that this is the first spring where I haven’t lived in a concrete jungle, or just the fact that nature has been having an epic blossom orgasm everywhere I look. Hard to say for sure but I’m rolling with it and dressing the part in my favourite white and neutral pieces.
When I spied this dress in Anine Bing’s spring lookbook I was hopeless to resist it. Slightly off white + lightweight linen + cinched waist + feminine (but not girlie) details = Dream Dress. I also decided this was the year to truly embrace my Dutch heritage with a pair of clogs. I found a few pairs by No.6 Store that I just couldn’t quite decide on. So I talked to a lovely girl and she informed me that I could in fact combine them into one wooden platform trifecta of awesome. The result was this pair and I could’t be more pleased! Definitely take a look at all their incredible styles and options. Now I’m all set to hop, skip and flirt to my heart’s content with my new beaux, Spring.
Dress Anine Bing, Similar, Similar, Similar // Bag Cuyana // Clogs (custom) No.6 Store // Sunnies Madewell // Earrings old but I love these ones, these ones and these too.

This dress is absolutely beautiful!
Thanks so much Crystalin! Xo
I LOVE your shoes! So spring-y, I’ve been seeing that style around and love its chunky look! Looks amazing with your skirt, I think it would look amazing paired with capris too! 🙂
Hey Naomi, thanks so much! They are the best for summer. Height + comfort = win! Xo
