It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for simple pieces that are well made and super versatile, so when Make It Good asked me to style one of their cute tunic dresses I was all over it! Make It Good is a clothing line based out of Portland, Oregon. Every item is hand printed and sewn in their small studio. The three founders, Avery, Krista + Leah, describe their process as artistically directed with a keen focus on quality craftsmanship that results in unique, wearable garments that are made to last.
I really liked a lot of pieces from their Fall Collection but was drawn to this energetic black and white print and the simple clean shape of the sleeveless tunic. I knew right away that this little dress had a ton of possibility and decided to style it up for a more formal occasion, like a client meeting or family dinner, and again for a more relaxed day of errands or hitting the market on a weekend. Now that the temps have dropped I’d toss a pair of opaque black tights into the equation and when it gets really cold I might even layer it over a sleek black turtleneck too.

Thanks to Make It Good for partnering on this post, as always all opinions are my own!
Love the dress.. Thinking about purchasing online. Can you please tell me what size you are wearing? Thanks!
Thanks Jill! I’m wearing a size S and it’s just loose enough without being too much. I am usually a 0-2. You’ll love it! xo
