I promised myself I wouldn’t open this post with a comment about how fast April flew by but I just can’t help it! It was a whirlwind! Then I blinked and it was over. But lots of good things happened and I even managed to capture a few of them to share here.

The first good thing is that I’m now a contributor on the amazing Sugar & Cloth blog! EEP! Major pinch me moment happening here. I’ve been a huge fan and follower of Ashley’s incredible work for ages. If you don’t know her blog yet, you’re in for a treat! She’s a DIY genius and constant source of creative inspiration. I’ll be sharing bimonthly style and trend round ups and you guys, it’s going to be so much fun! The first post went live today and is all about bringing the green goodness of spring inside. No green thumb? No problem! There’s a list of some resilient plants in the post too. I’d be thrilled if you took a peek over on Sugar & Cloth. But be warned, there are untold amounts of awesomeness on there and you may never want to leave!

The next good thing was having the pleasure to team up with J.Crew to announce their latest spring arrivals and #accessoryfix Instagram contest. If you have a sec check out the hashtag because there are some really great shots of some fabulous spring goodies. How great are these espadrilles? I’ve been wearing them all the time, even when it wasn’t warm enough! I love the wide toe strap and their comfort level is amazing.

This month my stripe addiction reached a dangerously high level. My succulent ‘problem’ is it’s only rival. But can you really blame a girl for loving all things green and spring-like? Here are a few flatlays I managed to pull together for Instagram (@leevosburgh). I was honoured to have the top right one featured on the official Gap feed!

I don’t know what it is about these ‘From Where I Stand’ photos but Instagram seems to love them and they’re pretty fun to take. It’s also a great way to catalogue style and document what’s working and wearing well. So I take them somedays when it’s not too windy and I’ve been creative enough not to repeat my outfit from the day before.

On one sunny Sunday I took Dobby for a long walk around the neighbourhood for some dream house window shopping. I love our little place and know it’ll be a gem when it’s done but I can’t help but ogle at some of the beauties in the surrounding area.

Speaking of Dobby, the furry love of my life, here’s a few little portraits of him. He’s been a little devil this month, causing trouble at every turn. Lucky for him we can’t help but love him to death and lucky for us he always redeems his wrong doings with adorable faces and snuggles.

I’ll wrap this post up today with some pretty photos of pretty flowers. Come to think of it, there have been maybe 3 days out of the last 30 that our house was without tulips. So maybe stripes and succulents aren’t my only vice!
