Today’s post is a little late but it’s Monday and it’s summer so I’m trying to worry a little less about staying on schedule. I’ll let you know how that goes, ha!
I’m really excited to share this summery look and to introduce a fabulous new boutique, Bibelot & Token, a Toronto based web shop riddled with treasures. I was delighted to discover the shop and touch base with it’s owner, Bianca, a fellow design enthusiast and aptly titled harbinger of goods. Bianca sources beautiful items from all over the globe. Silk screened bags from Paris, sumptuous lip balms from the Netherlands, chic home goods from Denmark and so many other great finds. If you’re looking for a great gift or to treat yourself to a little something, definitely have a look!
One brand I immediately fell for was the jewelry line Stvdio Brooklyn, a collection of handmade rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets that are each a beautifully designed and carefully considered statement. The Margarete necklace struck a chord with it’s geometric feel and I loved the contrast of a delicate chain with a bold pendant. It’s a perfect addition to all my favourite summer looks without being too over powering. I love how it looks atop this striped linen shirt and decided to keep everything else simple with just a pop of lip colour (I’m obsessed with this duo I just picked up).
Ps. I went to the salon last week for a healthy trim and I’m loving my shortest cut ever! Took a few stages for me to work up the courage to go full bob but I’m so glad I did.

I’d love to know about your clogs, how do you keep the light wood from getting too dirty? I am thinking about the back of the heels from driving…
Thanks so much Andrea! It’s my favourite summer top. I have it in an ivory colour too and one is always either on or in the hamper haha.
These clogs have a sealant over the wood soles. It protects from a lot of stains and makes them easy to wipe clean. It’s not visible or shiny or anything either. I use a general leather protectant for the straps and spot clean once in a while. I got red wine on them once and almost cried but it all came off, PHEW!
This is such an amazing look! I really love the lines of that top, and how it falls around the back and arms. What a cool casual way to style white denim!
