It’s no secret that Elizabeth Suzann is one of my all-time favourite brands (and many of yours too!). Everlane probably needs no introduction because they’re already a crowd favourite for transparency in pricing and production. Everlane has managed to flip the traditional retail model on its head and create good quality, wardrobe workhorses at an approachable price-point. They are always my first suggestion when people are looking to make the switch from fast fashion to more mindful shopping.
For me the most stand out items from this brand are the cashmere, the denim and the footwear. I adore my Cashmere Crop Sweater and have been eying it in Camel for this year. The Authentic Stretch Cigarette Denim is my latest obsession and the Day Boot in Cream has been in and out of my cart since the Fall. Andrea has me seriously considering the Alpaca Crew now too!
GARMENTORY

Whenever I’m searching for something special, Garmentory is my first stop. They have amassed what I believe is possibly the largest selection of independent designers and boutiques from around the globe (3,000+ designers & 500+ boutiques). It can be a little overwhelming but it’s also pretty special. I like to zero in on something specific but if I need a good window shop their new arrivals are certainly good for that. It’s also a great space to get inspiration and ideas for styling because you can see how different shops style the same pieces.
My favourites? Well, I never leave the house without a spritz of my favourite scent, Santalum by Fiele Fragrances. This Hawthorne Wrap Dress by Bees and Bones (a Canadian designer) is absolutely lovely in a persimmon raw silk and I might have treated myself to the Abacá Soldad Wood Purse already this year. Spoiler alert, it’s absolutely perfect.

I was introduced to elizabeth suzann from following your Instagram and recently went to Nashville to see her warehouse! I’ve been wanting the Mara Jumpsuit and think it’s a versatile piece to include.
Wow! This is such a great giveaway. I’m a huge Everlane fan already, and I’ve been dying to get many pieces from ES forever. And those Alice + Whittles boots are on my spring wish list already!
What a wonderful contest! This is so exciting – a dream come true for Style Bee followers, clothes lovers and conscious minded consumers. I love Elizabeth Suzanne – everything she makes, and everything she stands for. While everything on the ES website makes me drool, I would definitely start with the Clyde work pants – probably in linen (as Lee has recently shown us how linen can work in winter too)! As for Everlane, a $100 cashmere sweater would be very tempting, but I feel that the Day Glove shoes in caramel would be the perfect, go with everything, go anywhere pair of shoes. For life in the wet pacific northwest, a cute, fashionable pair of Alice and Whittles rain booties would be perfect for those sopping wet days when I couldn’t wear the Everlane Day Gloves! At Garmentory, it would be hard to choose between the many amazing brands featured, such as Jamie + the Jones, UZI or Nisolo. What a treat to have such luxury of choice!

I have been traveling through beautiful Australia for the past month. While I’m loving the warm weather here and quite happy with how I planned my vacation capsule, I’m looking forward to returning home in NYC in time for Christmas to see family, friends and to be reunited with my winter wardrobe! Looks like excellent contest. If I won I would like to use the gift card on Alice + Whittles ribber boots, I have lymphedema in my right leg, and therefore it’s difficult to find shoes that fits. But I have actually found that rubber boots are softer against my swollen foot than leather. Wish you a lovely holiday in Canada☺️

Thank you for this! I’m a first time commenter but I have been reading your blog for about year and it has had a huge influence on my approach to dressing and shopping. I’m in the southern hemisphere and we’re having temperatures of over 35 Celsius where I live so it is not easy for me to feel tempted by winter clothes and shoes, but if I fall for something, it will definitely be the Everlane Day Boots in Iron. I’ve been stalking them for weeks and hoping that they don’t sell out in my size before January (I have other budget priorities for this month). Also, I love almost anything in the Elizabeth Suzann website but the prices are a bit beyong my comfort zone so I have only recently and very slowly started to order pieces from her.

I’ve been slowly trying and wanting to get into ethical fashion more and more. It’s a slow process, especially as a newlywed because we don’t have a lot of extra money to spend on clothes right now. We work in very different fields (she’s a writer, I’m an engineer) and she inspires me to be creative, to embrace my sense of whimsy and style, and makes me feel so unconditionally loved. She reminds me that good friends don’t care if your hair is perfect, or if you missed a deadline at work, or if you’ve lost or gained weight. They only care about seeing you and knowing how you are, and what you’ve been up to. I love that: she reminds of what it means to be *me*, and to not worry about the rest.

The best thing so far this season has been getting our very first Christmas tree from a local farm. It’s about four feet tall and so adorable! We wrapped it in some white lights and that’s it. I sit and stare at it and it fills me with peace and calm. Merry Christmas!
I am so excited to spend some time with my husband because it will be the last one just the two of us! I have had my eye on pieces by Elizabeth Suzann, but have yet to pull the trigger. A lot of her items look like it would be pregnancy and post-partum friendly, as well!

I found your blog earlier this year and it’s changed the way I look at fashion. You’ve inspired me to dig deeper into my own relationship with clothes and it’s been a game changer. Slowly I’ve curated my closet into something that speaks to me as a person so thank you for carving the way.
I am looking forward to taking care of myself this holiday season. That might mean not going through the usual motions. This season has been a season of grief and I’ve given myself a free pass. I don’t have to go to family event if they’re going to make me sad. I can redefine how to spend the holidays and what’s best for me. What do I need? Dog cuddles and a day in bed watching movies sounds pretty nice. I’ve had my eye on the Clyde pant from Elizabeth Suzanne so that would be a lovely treat for myself too.

I’m super excited about finally coming home from college to spend time with my family! I’m a senior, so this will be one of the last “winter breaks” I really get! I’m also excited about this giveaway because I love both of you as bloggers and would love to be able to gift my mom an everlane tote.
This year I’m excited for my final exams to be over (I just have one more paper to write!!) and to chill out after a long semester. I think I might be receiving an Everlane cashmere sweater for Christmas this year from my mama, and I really would love to invest in a couple other basic items like their turtlenecks and crewneck tees. And those rainboots are awesome!

So excited for this giveaway! I’ve made it a goal in 2019 to really slow down my shopping and think very hard about what I’m buying by doing a series of “no shopping” challenges, starting at 30 days, then starting over and doing 40 days, and eventually going all the way up to 100 days. I’m just 10 days away from finishing my 40 day challenge! Anyways, long story short this has already made me think really hard about what I truly want and NEED to be purchasing versus what is just a whim AND has made it a little easier to save up for some of these investments pieces. Some of the pieces I will be moving forward with at the end of this challenge are all from these brands so I’d love to win the gift cards.

I’m looking forward to celebrating Christmas this upcoming Monday with my boyfriend since I’ll be out of town for actual Christmas. We have a real sweet and simple evening planned.
This will be my first Christmas home in 2 years – looking forward to a snowy Christmas!
It’s the first year my husband and I will get to celebrate the holidays in our very own house! We were fortunate to buy a place this year and are in the process of making it our own. I’m excited to have some off soon to cozy up and enjoy it.
This holiday season I’m looking forward to tucking up under a blanket and watching the snow fall, and enjoying some relaxed gatherings with family and friends. There is one item on my wish list and that’s Everlane’s cocoon coat in Peat, which looks like a lovely mossy green. In my usual measured way, I’ve been eyeing cocoon coats since this time last year and think I’m finally ready to take the plunge!

I’m most excited for my fiance to spend Christmas with my family. We got engaged last year after Christmas, and previously always split for Christmas (me to my parents and him to his parents), but now that we’re engaged we’re spending every holiday together and alternating between parents. It’ll just be really nice to wake up with him on Christmas, make cinnamon rolls and relax with some coffee.

This is maybe going to be the first time that I set a goal of doing the shopping fast and I’m really excited about it! I am most excited to experience Christmas as a new mom. My daughter will be two months old on Christmas Day! Thank-you! I always have a couple items saved in my Garmentory bag, ES Marlena tank or tunic has been on my wishlist as well, and Everlane I would save it for some summer basics like a striped tank.
Looking forward to spending time with loved ones and eating great food. 🙂 This year, a colleague made me a vegetarian tourtière. Super excited to have a proper Christmas meal this year.
